Colorado Statutes
§ 1-5-908 — State assistance to counties for implementation costs
Subject to
available resources, the state shall endeavor to provide financial assistance to
counties that are subject to the requirements of this part 9 to offset the costs
incurred by the counties in complying with this part 9.
