Text
(1)The general assembly
hereby finds and declares that:
(a)It is the intent of the general assembly that all state requirements should
meet or exceed the minimum federal requirements for accessibility of voting
systems and polling locations to persons with disabilities.
(b)All state laws, rules, standards, and codes governing voting systems and
polling location accessibility shall be maintained to ensure that the state is eligible
for federal funds.
