(1)(a) All polling locations must be designated by signs conspicuously posted pursuant to subsection (1)(b) of this section at least twenty days before each election and during the period polling locations are open. The sign shall be substantially in the following form: Polling place/voter service and polling center for county ..... The lettering on the sign must be black on a white background. The letters and numerals of the title must be at least four inches in height. In addition, the sign must state the hours the polling location will be open.
(b)At a minimum, each polling location must be marked by at least one outdoor sign at each entrance to the parking lot or building where the polling location is located and indoor signs sufficient to locate the polling location once
