Text
For a
judicial district whose territory is comprised entirely of one county, the board of
county commissioners for that county shall be the governing body to refer any
ballot question to the eligible electors of the judicial district regarding the
lengthening, shortening, or elimination of the limitation on terms of office for the
district attorney of the judicial district.
