Colorado Statutes
§ 1-4-105 — Defeated candidate ineligible
No person who has been defeated
as a candidate in a primary election shall be eligible for election to the same office
by ballot or as a write-in candidate in the next general election unless the party
vacancy committee nominates that person; except that this section does not apply
to candidates for president of the United States.
