Text
(1)Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, a member of a vacancy committee
filling a vacancy pursuant to this part 10 may participate in a vacancy committee
meeting remotely, including casting the member's vote by email, mail, telephone, or
through an internet-based application if allowed by the party's rules.
(2)Repealed.
