Text

Any vacancy in a nomination for an unaffiliated candidate caused by the declination, death, disqualification, or withdrawal of any person nominated by petition or statement of intent occurring after the filing of the petition for nomination and no later than seventy days before the general or congressional vacancy election may be filled by the person or persons designated on the petition or statement of intent to fill vacancies.
