Text
Upon the request of any eligible elector,
including requests made at the time of a regular biennial or special school election,
special district election, or municipal election, the county clerk and recorder shall
make and deliver to the elector a certificate of registration for the elector, setting
forth the facts of the elector's registration, including the date, description, and
other information recorded in connection with the registration, which certificate
shall be attested by the signature of the county clerk and recorder and the seal of
the county.
