For
independent mail ballot elections conducted under this part 11, upon the request of
any eligible elector of the local government residing in a facility described in
section 1-7.5-113 (1), the designated election official shall appoint a committee for
delivery of mail ballots to, and return of voted mail ballots from, the facility in
accordance with section 1-7.5-113.
