Text
It is unlawful for any
county clerk and recorder to deliver or mail to a registered elector, as a part of or in
connection with the mail ballot, anything other than the voting material as provided
in article 7.5 of this title 1. Any person who violates this section upon conviction
shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111.
