§ 1-13-707 — Inducing defective ballot
Any person who causes any deceit to be
practiced with intent to fraudulently induce a voter to deposit a defective ballot so
as to have the ballot thrown out and not counted upon conviction shall be punished
as provided in section 1-13-111.
