Text
(1)Any person
voting in any election provided by law knowing that he or she is not entitled to vote
in such election commits a class 5 felony and shall be punished as provided in
section 18-1.3-401, C.R.S.
(2)This section shall be enforced without regard to race, religion, gender,
ethnicity, or national origin.
