Text
No person shall be
elected to fill a vacancy in an elective office when the unexpired term is, at the time
of the election, less than ninety days. In such case, the person appointed to fill the
vacancy shall continue to hold the office for the remainder of the unexpired term
and until the successor elected at the election is duly qualified.
