Text
(1)Except as modified by
this article, the recall election and election of a successor shall be conducted
according to articles 1 to 13 of this title.
(2)Except as otherwise provided in this part 1, for a recall election, all events
in the uniform election code that are to be completed by the secretary of state,
designated election official, or coordinated election official on or before the forty-fifth day prior to the election must be completed no later than the thirty-fifth day
prior to the recall election.
