Text
The secretary of state shall prepare
a certificate of election for each presidential elector who is elected at any general
election. The governor shall sign and affix the seal of the state to the certificates.
The secretary of state shall deliver six copies of the certificate to each elector on
the date of or before the meeting of the electors to cast ballots as required in
section 1-4-304.
