Text
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Department means the Colorado department of state.
(2)Fund means the federal elections assistance fund created in section 1-1.5-106.
(3)HAVA means the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002, 52 U.S.C.
20901 et seq.
(4)Secretary means the Colorado secretary of state.
