(a)On or before July 1, 2026, the department shall adopt regulations to address the use of Behavioral Health Professionals in behavioral health treatment group practice. The regulations shall also establish a rate and the educational or experiential qualifications and professional supervision requirements necessary for the Behavioral Health Professional to provide evidence-based behavioral intervention services.
