(a)
(1)“Adult Residential Facility for Persons with Special Health Care Needs (ARFPSHN)” means any adult residential facility that provides 24-hour health care and intensive support services in a homelike setting that is licensed to serve up to five adults with developmental disabilities as defined in Section 4512.
(2)“Group Home for Children with Special Health Care Needs (GHCSHN)” means a group home, as described in paragraph (22) of subdivision (a) of Section 1502 of the Health and Safety Code and licensed pursuant to Article 9 (commencing with Section 1567.50) of the Health and Safety Code, that provides 24-hour health care and intensive support services in a homelike setting that is licensed to serve up to five children or nonminor dependents with developmental disabilities as
