§ 4659. — 4659. (Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 409, Sec. 49.)

California·Code WIC Welfare and Institutions Code - WIC·Div. 4.5. DIVISION 4.5. SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED·Ch. 5. CHAPTER 5. Regional Centers for Persons With Developmental Disabilities·Art. 2. ARTICLE 2. Regional Center Responsibilities
(a)Except as otherwise provided in subdivision (b) or (e), the regional center shall identify and pursue all possible sources of funding for consumers receiving regional center services. These sources shall include, but not be limited to, both of the following:
(1)Governmental or other entities or programs required to provide or pay the cost of providing services, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, the Civilian Health and Medical Program for Uniform Services, school districts, and federal supplemental security income and the state supplementary program.
(2)Private entities, to the maximum extent they are liable for the cost of services, aid, insurance, or medical assistance to the consumer.
(b)Any revenues collected by a regional center pursuant to this section shall be applied agains
