(a)The allocation amount for each county from the Youthful Offender Block Grant Fund for offenders subject to Sections 733, 1766, and 1767.35 shall be allocated in four equal installments, to be paid in September, December, March, and June of each fiscal year, until June 30, 2013. Commencing with the 2013–14 fiscal year, the allocation amount for each county from the Youthful Offender Block Grant Special Account established in paragraph (2) of subdivision (c) of Section 30025 of the Government Code for offenders subject to Sections 733, 1766, and 1767.35 shall be allocated in monthly installments. In each fiscal year, the allocation amount shall be determined as follows:
(1)Fifty percent based on the number of the county’s juvenile felony court dispositions,
