Text

(a)Any county which receives funds pursuant to this part shall deposit them in a special revenue fund or trust fund established solely for this purpose, in a hospital services account, a physician services account, and other county health services account, and any other account or subaccount the department may require, before transferring or expending them for any of the uses allowed in this part.
(b)Any county subject to the requirements of subdivision (a) shall deposit the funds in the special revenue fund or trust fund before transferring the funds to the county emergency medical services fund, as provided in subdivision (c) of Section 16933 and Section 16951.
