The State Department of Social Services shall annually distribute information declaring the importance of promoting self-esteem with respect to foster children to all of the following:
(a)
Each county independent living program administrator.
(b)
Each licensed foster family agency, group home, and small family home.
(c)
Each county welfare department.
(d)
Each county director of child protective services.
(e)
Each county director of social services.
(f)
Each county foster home services director.
(g)
The Director of the Community Care Licensing Division of the State Department of Social Services.
(h)
The Director of State Adoptions Branch of the State Department of Social Services.
