Text

The adult day health care center’s policies and procedures shall include provisions for the following:
(a)
Designating the staff who will serve in the required positions during a short-term absence or short-term vacancy, as defined in subdivision (o) of Section 1570.7 of the Health and Safety Code, of required staff.
(b)
Providing coverage for required staff in the event of a long-term absence or long-term vacancy, as defined in subdivision (k) of Section 1570.7 of the Health and Safety Code.
(c)
Ensuring continuity of services for participants during staff absences.
