In order to be selected, a pilot project site shall demonstrate that it has an active advisory committee that includes consumers of long-term care services, representatives of local organizations of persons with disabilities, seniors, representatives of local senior organizations, representatives of employees who deliver direct long-term care services, and representatives of organizations that provide long-term care services. At least one-half of the members of the advisory committee must be consumers of services provided under this chapter or their representatives.
