(a)
(1)Notwithstanding any other law, for dates of service on or after August 1, 2016, payments to intermediate care facilities for the developmentally disabled that are licensed pursuant to subdivision (e), (g), or (h) of Section 1250 of the Health and Safety Code, and to facilities providing continuous skilled nursing care to developmentally disabled individuals pursuant to the pilot project established by Section 14132.20, as determined by the applicable methodology for setting reimbursement rates for those facilities, shall be the reimbursement rates that were applicable to those facilities in the 2008–09 rate year, increased by 3.7 percent.
