(a)
(1)Any aged, blind, or disabled individual who received Medi-Cal personal care services pursuant to subdivision (p) of Section 14132.95 before July 1, 2009, and who continues to receive those services, and who would otherwise be deemed a categorically needy recipient pursuant to Section 12305, is eligible to receive a supplementary payment under this article to be used towards the purchase of
personal care services.
