§ 11320.33. — 11320.33. (Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1141, Sec. 2.)

(a)The county shall provide training for those county employees who are responsible for the provision of, or arrangement of, child care services under this article which are exempt from licensure.
(b)The training required by subdivision (a) shall include training in the following:
(1)Evaluation of child care providers, using the criteria specified in paragraph (2) of subdivision (j) of Section 11320.3.
(2)The role of a mandated reporter under the requirements of Article 2.5 (commencing with Section 11164) of Chapter 2 of Title 1 of Part 4 of the Penal Code.
