Text

The board may repay the district for any advance of funds, together with interest, at a rate not to exceed the interest value of money to the district, from any combination of the following sources:
(a)
The proceeds of the sale of bonds authorized for the purposes of the improvement district.
(b)
The taxes levied exclusively upon the taxable property in the improvement district.
(c)
Revenue derived from any source set forth in Section 72077 hereof.
