California·Code WAT Water Code - WAT·Div. 6. DIVISION 6. CONSERVATION, DEVELOPMENT, AND UTILIZATION OF STATE WATER RESOURCES·Part 6. PART 6. WATER DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS·Ch. 7.6. CHAPTER 7.6. Groundwater Recharge Facilities Financing·Art. 4. ARTICLE 4. Loans
Groundwater recharge projects developed pursuant to this chapter shall be eligible for funding pursuant to any bond law previously or subsequently approved by the voters if the projects are otherwise eligible for funding under the bond law.
