(a)
A service fee of fifteen dollars ($15) shall be paid for an identification plate issued pursuant to Section 5014. Publicly owned special construction equipment, cemetery equipment, special mobile equipment, logging vehicles, and implements of husbandry are exempt from the service charge.
(b)
A service fee of fifteen dollars ($15) shall be paid for an identification plate issued pursuant to Section 5016.5.
(c)
Upon application for the transfer of interest of an owner in a piece of equipment, vehicle, or implement of husbandry identified pursuant to Section 5014, the transferee shall pay a fee of fifteen dollars ($15).
(d)
A fee of fifteen dollars ($15) shall be paid upon the renewal of an identification plate issued pursuant to Section 5014 or 5016.5.
