Text

No person who instructs others in the operation of all-terrain vehicles shall represent that the instruction given satisfies the requirements of Sections 38503 and 38504, and no certificate shall be issued or awarded for participation in all-terrain vehicle safety instruction unless the instruction is conducted by a licensed all-terrain vehicle safety instructor who is sponsored by an all-terrain vehicle safety training organization. This section shall become operative on July 1, 1988.
