(a)
(1)The director shall permit the use of any information in their possession to the extent necessary to enable the Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission to receive quarterly wage data of individuals with a mental health disorder or a substance use disorder, or both, served by the California public mental health and substance use disorder system for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating employment outcomes to determine the effectiveness of those services.
(2)The director may require reimbursement for all direct costs incurred in providing any information specified in this section.
(3)The information shall be provided to the extent permitted under applicable federal statute and regulation.
