ARTICLE 8.1. Collection of Recaptured California Small Business and Nonprofit COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave Relief Grants
(a)For purposes of this section, all the following definitions shall apply:
(1)“California Small Business and Nonprofit COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave Relief Grant Program” or “program” means the grant program established under Article 9.1 (commencing with Section 12100.96) of Chapter 1.6 of Part 2 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
(2)“GO-Biz” or “office” means the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development.
(3)“Recaptured grant amount” means the amount identified in any recommendation for recapture of a grant approved, in whole or in part, by GO-Biz.
(b)GO-Biz shall provide to the Franchise Tax Board a list of grantees and their respective recaptured grant amounts as approved, in whole or in part, by GO-Biz pursuant to Section 12100.97 of the Governm
