§ 99312.3. — 99312.3. (Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 5, Sec. 20.)

Revenues transferred to the Public Transportation Account pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (c) of Section 6051.8 and paragraph (2) of subdivision (c) of Section 6201.8 of the Revenue and Taxation Code are hereby continuously appropriated to the Transportation Agency for distribution in the following manner:

(a)
(1)Fifty percent of available annual revenues under this section shall be allocated by the Transportation Agency to the public agencies, including joint powers agencies, responsible for state-supported intercity rail services. A minimum of 25 percent of the funds available under this subdivision shall be allocated to each of the state’s three intercity rail corridors that provide regularly scheduled intercity rail service.
(2)The Transportation Agency shall adopt guideline
