In addition to the information required to be submitted pursuant to Section 913, for each large electrical corporation, as defined in Section 3280, the report required by Section 913 shall also include all of the following information:
(a)
The amount of ratebase for the transmission assets, distribution assets, and generation assets for the large electrical corporation with 10 years of historical values.
(b)
The total amount for return on equity and return on debt, reported separately, collected in the revenue requirement for the transmission assets, distribution assets, and generation assets for the large electrical corporation.
(c)
The
total amount of federal, state, and local taxes associated with the return on equity collected in the revenue requirements for the transmission, distribution, and generation assets for the large electrical corporation.
(d)
The portion of the annual revenue requirement associated with the return on equity, total return on ratebase, and the associated federal, state, and local taxes associated with the return on equity of the large electrical corporation.
(e)
The actual mix of equity and debt capital in the large electrical corporation’s capital structure compared to the mix of equity and debt capital authorized by the commission.
