Text

There is hereby created the Ventura County Transportation Commission. The commission shall be the successor agency to the Ventura County Association of Governments and shall assume all assets and liabilities of that association. Notwithstanding Section 180050, the Board of Supervisors of Ventura County may designate the commission as the authority to carry out the provisions of Division 19 (commencing with Section 180000).
