California·Code PRC Public Resources Code - PRC·Div. 43. DIVISION 43. THE SAFE DRINKING WATER, WATER QUALITY AND SUPPLY, FLOOD CONTROL, RIVER AND COASTAL PROTECTION BOND ACT OF 2006·Ch. 3. CHAPTER 3. Flood Control
The sum of forty million dollars ($40,000,000) shall be available to the department for Flood Protection Corridor projects that are consistent with Water Code Section 79037.
