§ 5797.8. — 5797.8. (Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 259, Sec. 1.)

If the county has not acquired replacement park property, as approved by the department pursuant to this chapter, on or before January 1, 2029, this chapter shall become inoperative on January 1, 2029.
