Text
The director shall maintain and keep up to date a comprehensive plan for the development of the outdoor recreation resources of the state. Such plan shall be prepared so that it meets the requirements of the “Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965” (Public Law 88-578; 78 Stat. 897) with respect to grants to the states under that act.
