§ 5080.02. — 5080.02. (Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1487, Sec. 7.)
California·Code PRC Public Resources Code - PRC·Div. 5. DIVISION 5. PARKS AND MONUMENTS·Ch. 1.2. CHAPTER 1.2. Operation and Management of State Park System Properties·Art. 1. ARTICLE 1. Concessions
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(a)“Board” means the State Public Works Board.
(b)“Commission” means the State Park and Recreation Commission.
(c)“Contract” means a contract for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a concession.
