California·Code PRC Public Resources Code - PRC·Div. 21. DIVISION 21. STATE COASTAL CONSERVANCY·Ch. 3. CHAPTER 3. Establishment and Functions of the State Coastal Conservancy
In implementing this division, the conservancy may fund and do all of the following:
(a)Prepare plans and feasibility studies.
(b)Provide technical assistance.
(c)Award grants to public agencies and nonprofit organizations for the purposes of subdivisions (a) and (b).
