California·Code PRC Public Resources Code - PRC·Div. 12.1. DIVISION 12.1. CALIFORNIA BEVERAGE CONTAINER RECYCLING AND LITTER REDUCTION ACT·Ch. 2. CHAPTER 2. Definitions
(a)“Pilot project recycler” means a recycling location established under Section 14571.9.
(b)This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2034, and as of that date is repealed.
