§ 6240.6. — 6240.6. (Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1594, Sec. 1.)
California·Code PEN Penal Code - PEN·Title 7.·Part 3. TITLE 7. ADMINISTRATION OF THE STATE CORRECTIONAL SYSTEM·Ch. 9.4. CHAPTER 9.4. Substance Abuse Community Correctional Detention Centers
For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
(a)“Board” means the Board of Corrections.
(b)“Department” means the Department of Corrections.
(c)“Center” means a substance abuse community correctional detention center.
(d)“Construction” means new construction, reconstruction, remodeling, renovation, or replacement of facilities, or a combination thereof.
(e)“Facility” means the physical buildings, rooms, areas, and equipment used for the purpose of a substance abuse community correctional detention center.
