Text

The Legislature hereby finds and declares that there is a need to develop and provide training programs regarding the handling of judicial proceedings involving the victims of child sexual abuse. It is the intent of the Legislature in enacting this chapter to provide training programs which will ensure that children who are the victims of sexual abuse shall be treated with special consideration during all proceedings related to allegations of child sexual abuse, including all trials and administrative hearings.
