Text
The district board may, by resolution, abandon action for the collection of any district tax assessment, connection charge, service charge, penalty, cost, fee, assessment, fine, or other money owed the district under this part or pursuant to any other provision of law which the district board determines is in an amount too small to justify the cost of collection.
