(a)Commencing on the effective date of this part, all provisions of the Community Redevelopment Law that depend on the allocation of tax increment to redevelopment agencies, including, but not limited to, Sections 33445, 33640, 33641, and 33645, and subdivision (b) of Section 33670, shall be inoperative. Solely for the purposes of the payment of enforceable obligations defined by subparagraphs (A) to (G), inclusive, of paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 34171 and subdivision (b) of Section 34191.4, and for no other purpose whatsoever, a successor agency is not subject to the limitations relating to time, number of tax dollars, or any other matters set forth in Sections 33333.2, 33333.4, and 33333.6.
