Text

(a)The city, county, or city and county that created the former redevelopment agency shall return to the successor agency all assets transferred to the city, county, or city and county ordered returned pursuant to Section 34167.5.
(b)
(1)The city, county, or city and county that created the former redevelopment agency shall return to the successor agency all cash and cash equivalents transferred to the city, county, or city and county that were not required by an enforceable obligation as determined pursuant to Sections 34179.5 and 34179.6.
(2)Any amounts required to be returned to the successor agency under Sections 34179.5 and 34179.6, and paragraph (1) of this subdivision, that were transferred to the city, county, or city and county that created the former redevelopment agency
