(a)
(1)The unified program agency shall inspect every stationary source required to be registered pursuant to this article at least once every three years to determine whether the stationary source is in compliance with this article.
(2)The requirements of this section do not alter or affect the immunity provided a public entity pursuant to Section 818.6 of the Government Code.
(b)Subdivision (a) shall not be construed to affect the exemption from audit requirements established pursuant to Section 68.220(c) of Title 40 of the Code of Federal
Regulations.
