The department may establish a technical and research assistance program to assist businesses in identifying and applying methods of pollution prevention. Assembling, cataloging, and disseminating information about pollution prevention methods, available consultant services, and regulatory requirements.
(d)
The identification of a range of generic and specified technical pollution prevention solutions that can be applied by particular types of businesses.
