§ 25205.1. — 25205.1. (Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 538, Sec. 380.)

For purposes of this article, the following definitions apply:

(a)“Board” means the State Board of Equalization.
(b)“Facility” means any units or other structures, and all contiguous land, used for the treatment, storage, disposal, or recycling of hazardous waste, for which a permit or a grant of interim status has been issued by the department for that activity pursuant to Article 9 (commencing with Section 25200).
(c)“Large storage facility,” in those cases in which total storage capacity is provided in a permit, interim status document, or federal Part A application for the facility, means a storage facility with capacity to store 1,000 or more tons of hazardous waste.
